Spiuni / privacy
Privacy policy.
Spiuni is an Albanian party game for Android by DashCode Agency, Tirana, Albania. The game plays on one phone with no account; the optional online rooms are the only part that sends anything to a server. It doesn't ask for your name, email address or phone number, and doesn't sell your data. Last updated October 23, 2026.
On your device
The player names, their avatars, the game settings, your history of finished games and the words already used stay on this phone. None of it is sent anywhere. If Android backup is on, the system may include them in your own device backup. They're removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Online rooms
Only when you create or join a room. While the room exists, the server (Supabase, in the European Union) stores:
- the room code and the game settings;
- the names and avatars of the players in the room, each tied to the random anonymous id of the phone that added them;
- each player's card for the round (the secret word, or "spy");
- the questions and answers typed during a round;
- the votes and the scores.
The game played on a single phone sends none of this.
When it is deleted
When the host ends the game, the room is marked finished so the other phones can show the result. An automatic job runs every hour and deletes rooms with no activity for a day, along with their players, cards and messages. So an online room and everything in it is gone about a day after the last game.
Reserved channels
A channel is a room name kept for good. Its name, its members (name, avatar and the phone's anonymous id) and the running totals stay until the owner releases the channel; a channel's cards and messages are still removed after a day without activity. The recovery code that moves a channel to another phone is stored only as a hash — nothing in the app can read it back. Up to three channels per phone.
The anonymous id
Each phone that opens or joins a room gets an anonymous account: a random id and the sign-in dates, with no name, email address or password. Once the room is deleted, the id is no longer linked to any name.
The network
Like any server, Supabase sees the connection's IP address in its own technical logs.
Delete your data
- On the phone: uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings. That removes the names, avatars, settings and history kept on the device.
- Online rooms delete themselves about a day after the last game, so there is nothing to request.
- A reserved channel: release it in the app (My channels › Release), which deletes its name, members and totals at once.
- If you can't reach a room or channel for any reason, write to us at the address below with the room or channel name and we'll remove it.
